EVERYTHING AROUND THE CORNER
The apartments are located in a new and aspiring part of the city. The advantageous connection to public transport and the nice flora make this area a very good place to live. With idyllic parks and calm residential areas in close proximity, we are located in an excellent place to relax and have a good time. Nice little shops let you buy most things in our neighborhood. Comfortable restaurants and cafés serve delicious meals and snacks until late at night. An excellent area for little tours to discover Munich, nice walks or relaxing evenings with good food.
Shopping
A supermarket is located right on the other side of the street. Those who are looking to prepare their own food at DD Suites can buy groceries and you will also find cosmetics or other articles of daily use there.
Sports
On the large grounds of the Sendlinger Park and along the shores of the Isar, you will find lots of space to go for a run, to ride a bike or to do other types of sports. There is also an excellently equipped fitness studio just 2 minutes away.
